鋁箔本身質(zhì)量問題。這雖然是一個比較隱蔽的問題，但已經(jīng)在鋁塑板的質(zhì)量中體現(xiàn)出來。一方面是鋁材的熱處理工藝問題，另一方面有的鋁板和生產(chǎn)者在使用回收的廢鋁時質(zhì)量控制不嚴(yán)。這就要求鋁塑板的生產(chǎn)者在對材料生產(chǎn)者進行各方面的評價，確定合格分承包方后建立業(yè)務(wù)往來以確保材料質(zhì)量。

However, some manufacturers in the pretreatment process of the temperature, concentration, treatment time, treatment of liquid renewal control is not strict, affecting the quality of cleaning. What is more, some new manufacturers do not use any pre-treatment for aluminum plates directly. All these will lead to poor composite quality and low 180 degree peel strength.
蕊材的選用問題。因為高分子膜與ＰＥ的粘結(jié)與其他塑料相比較效果較佳且價格適中，無毒、易加工。所以蕊材選用ＰＥ。有些小生產(chǎn)廠家為了降低成本選用粘結(jié)效果差且燃燒時會產(chǎn)生致命毒氣的ＰＶＣ，或選用ＰＥ回收料或選用ＰＥ原料與下角料混合。這樣會因為ＰＥ的型號、老化程度等的不同而導(dǎo)致復(fù)合溫度的不同，較終表面為復(fù)合質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定。

高分子膜的選用問題。高分子膜是一種具有特殊性能的粘結(jié)材料，它影響復(fù)合質(zhì)量的主要因素。高分子膜具有兩面性，三層共擠而成。一面是與金屬粘結(jié)，另一面是與ＰＥ粘結(jié)，中間一層是ＰＥ基材，兩面的性質(zhì)完全不同。兩面的材料價格相差懸殊。與鋁板店結(jié)的材料需要進口，價格昂貴。而與ＰＥ融合面的材料國內(nèi)就能生產(chǎn)，因此有的高分子膜生產(chǎn)廠家就此大做文章，大量使用ＰＥ融合料以偷工減料牟取暴利。高分子膜的使用具有方向性，正反面不能掉換。高分子膜是一種自解膜，熔化不完全會導(dǎo)致假性復(fù)合。早期強度較高、時間一長，因風(fēng)化影響會使強度降低，甚至鼓泡或開膠等現(xiàn)象

The polymer membrane has two sides and three layers are co extruded. One side is bonded with metal, the other side is bonded with PE, the middle layer is PE substrate, and the properties of both sides are completely different. The price of the two sides of the material is very different. The materials needed to be imported from the aluminum store are expensive. And PE fusion surface materials can be produced in China, so some polymer membrane manufacturers make a great deal of this, a large number of PE fusion materials to steal material for profit. The use of polymer membranes is directional and can not be replaced on the opposite side. Polymer membrane is a self solution membrane. Melting can not lead to false recombination. The early strength is higher and the time is longer. Because of the influence of weathering, it will reduce the strength, even bubble or glue.
