The packaging of aluminum coils should be based on the specifications and dimensions of the product, and the packaging box and packaging method should be selected. For box packaging, the product should not be squeezed or moved behind the box. The materials used for making packaging boxes can be wooden boards, multi-layer boards, fiberboards, metal, and other materials. The packaging box should be clean and tidy, with sufficient strength to ensure no deformation or damage during storage and transportation. The nails in the wooden packaging box are arranged in steps, and the nail tips should not be exposed. They should be turned upside down to avoid damaging the aluminum foil during storage and transportation. The height of the bottom support should meet the requirements of forklift transportation. After the aluminum coil product passes the inspection and is stamped with the inspection seal, a layer of strong neutral or weakly acidic material should be wrapped around the outside, and the joints should be sealed with tape or labels. Place a soft pad on the end face to protect the end face of the aluminum coil. Add desiccant, cover the plastic bag, and stuff the part of the plastic bag that exceeds the aluminum roll at both ends into the tube core. Seal it with a suitable sized plastic plug and place it in the packaging box. After the product is boxed, a layer of moisture-proof paper or plastic cloth should be covered on top, and placed on the packing list before it can be stamped and sealed with steel straps. The steel straps should be securely tied.

Conventional packaging of aluminum coils: For aluminum coils with a thickness greater than 0.05mm and in a hard state, they can generally be packaged using a well shaped frame, and their packaging should meet the requirements for storage and transportation. The well shaped frame is made of wood, consisting of two wooden blocks at the top and bottom. The height of the lower wooden block should meet the requirements of the lathe work. The overlap should be firmly adhered with tape. Place a soft pad on the end face to protect the end face of the aluminum box coil.
